DRAWINGS, PRIZE CATEGORIES, AND ODDS
On Tuesdays and Fridays at approximately 10 p.m. Central Time, five (5) numbers from a range of 1 to 70, and one (1) Mega Ball number from a range of 1 to 24 will be drawn. Prizes are won by matching some or all numbers drawn as shown in the following prize chart.
NOTE: The advertised jackpot is an estimate of the actual jackpot and is pari-mutuel. Remaining prizes are set prizes. However, some or all may become pari-mutuel under certain conditions as defined in the game rules.

*The jackpot prize will be divided equally among multiple winning plays. The jackpot prize is paid in 30 graduated installments unless the Cash Option is selected at time of claim (subject to State and Federal taxes and any other mandatory State withholdings).
MEGA MILLIONS RULES
- All Lottery tickets, winners, and transactions are subject to, and players agree to be bound by the Alyce G. Clarke Mississippi Lottery Law and to the rules, policies and procedures of the Mississippi Lottery Corporation and Mega Millions. Winning tickets can only be claimed in the state they were purchased.
- All claims arising out of Mega Millions tickets must be pursued only against the state of ticket purchase, and any litigation shall only be maintained against and within the state of ticket purchase, as the claimant’s sole and exclusive remedy.

- PLEASE SIGN THE BACK OF THE TICKET. The ticket is a bearer instrument until signed.
- A printed ticket is your only valid proof of the number selections made at a retailer location. A play slip is not valid proof for claiming a prize.
- All games, tickets, transactions, drawings, winners and prizes are subject to Mississippi Lottery Corporation (MLC) rules and regulations, and applicable law.
- All draw game prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing in accordance with MLC rules and regulations. Only original tickets will be accepted to claim any prize.
- No person under 21 years of age may claim a prize.
- Prizes under $600 may be claimed at any MLC retailer, MLC Headquarters or by mail. Prizes of $600 up to $99,999.99 must be claimed at MLC Headquarters or by mail. Prizes of $100,000 or more must be claimed at MLC Headquarters. An MLC Winner Claim Form, proper identification (ID), and the signed original ticket must be provided for all claims of $600 or more.
- Proper forms of ID must verify: name, current address, signature, age and social security number. MLC Headquarters is located at 1080 River Oaks Drive, Bldg. B-100, Flowood, MS 39232. A draw ticket that is mailed must be received at MLC Headquarters within 180 calendar days of the drawing. Postmarks shall not constitute satisfaction of the 180-day requirement. If mailing, send required documentation to: MLC, P.O. Box 321462, Flowood, MS 39232. The MLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
- Liability for void, altered, or misprinted tickets, if any, is limited to refund of retail sales price.
- The MLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected tickets or tickets not produced due to a telecommunications or power interruption.
